Chelsey McCormick is an NCC certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Chelsey is a Texas native, born and raised in San Antonio. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of the Incarnate Word in 2016 and worked over 5 years as a Registered Nurse in Postpartum/Nursery/NICU. While working as an RN, she went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Cincinnati in 2021 specializing in women’s health care. She has been a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner for over 3 years. Chelsey is passionate about providing comprehensive and compassionate care to women throughout the lifespan. Chelsey takes a patient centered approach to care, with careful consideration of trauma, anxiety, and patient’s personal beliefs. Chelsey has extensive experience in evaluating and treating conditions such as abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, urinary issues, anxiety, and depression. Chelsey aims to empower patients to make informed, independent decisions about their health by providing them with reliable, evidence-based research, allowing them to understand the potential benefits and risks associated with different healthcare options.
